Jazzadvice PRO Membership Terms

Welcome to Jazzadvice PRO. By purchasing and using a PRO Membership, you agree to the following Terms.

Scope of Agreement:

These Terms govern your current PRO Membership as well as all past Jazzadvice products, including the former Premium Membership and any lifetime course purchases made prior to PRO.

1. Single User License

Your Membership is for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell any courses, lessons, or membership content under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing access with friends, colleagues, or students. Educators and teachers are expressly prohibited from redistributing Membership content to their classes or students. Any such activity constitutes a violation of these Terms, may result in immediate revocation of access without refund, and may be reported to the relevant institution or school administration for further action.

2. All Sales Final

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once your membership or course has been purchased.

3. Computer Access

You are responsible for having the basic computer skills necessary to access, download, and use the membership or course content.

4. Annual Membership & Recurring Billing Authorization

Jazzadvice PRO is an annual membership billed once per year, upfront.

By purchasing a PRO Membership, you authorize Jazzadvice to automatically charge the payment method you provide for:

  • The initial 12-month membership term, and
  • Each subsequent annual renewal, unless canceled before the renewal date.

Your membership remains active for the full 12-month term, even if you cancel early. Canceling stops future renewals only and does not issue a refund for the current term.

You are responsible for managing your own membership, including canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Jazzadvice is not responsible for duplicate or overlapping subscriptions created by the customer.

Renewal reminders or payment confirmations may be sent as a courtesy but are not guaranteed. You are responsible for tracking your renewal date and subscription status.

5. Legacy Plans

Some members may have legacy or discontinued membership plans, including monthly-billed plans or legacy pricing. These plans are no longer available to new members. All legacy memberships are governed by these Terms. The only difference for legacy plans is the billing cadence or price associated with the original plan.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date to avoid future charges. Canceling will stop future billing for that subscription but does not issue a refund for the current billing period. Canceling does not convert an annual membership into a monthly or prorated plan. If you have more than one active subscription, each subscription must be canceled separately. Jazzadvice is not responsible for duplicate or overlapping subscriptions that were not canceled by you.

7. Membership Benefits and Changes

The content, features, and benefits included with a Jazzadvice Membership are subject to change. Jazzadvice reserves the right to modify, add, or remove courses, lessons, features, or other membership benefits at any time, even after your purchase. While we aim to provide ongoing value, we do not guarantee that any specific content, features, or benefits will remain available for the entire duration of your membership.

8. Digital Signature

To complete a purchase on Jazzadvice, you are required to check the box confirming your agreement to these Terms. The checkout process cannot be completed without this step. By checking the box and clicking “Purchase,” “Subscribe,” or otherwise completing the transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This action serves as your legal and binding digital signature to this agreement.
